| Working Hours. | Moon Palace operates actively during (7 AM - 1 AM), any questions shared afterwards would be responded to at Chamberlain's availability. We encourage Wanderers to ask any questions regarding our Royals at their convenience. |
| Mutual Respect. | We ask that all Wanderers maintain a respectful demeanour toward the Chamberlains and our Royals at all times. |
| Account Types & Dynamics. | We only accept forms from Wanderers with Business, Cyber, Fan, Rant, or Roleplay accounts. Forms submitted from Personal or Alter accounts will be declined. |
| Minimum Age Requirement & Content Policy. | Wanderers must be 20+ years to access Romantic Services, and 21+ for NSFW Services. Please be aware that these requirements are subject to change based on the individual Royal. Wanderer must refer to the specific Terms and Conditions provided by each Royal for their definitive policy. |
| Communication Protocol. | Please expect that the response times of each Royal may vary. Wanderers' patience is greatly appreciated. However, if there is no response for 4 hours without any prior notification from The Royal, Wanderer is then permitted to request either a rescheduling of the audience or an extension of the audience. |
| Palace Manner. | Before reserving a session, all Wanderers are required to read and understand the regulations of their chosen Royal. |
| Request of the Audience. | Wanderers must complete the provided form accurately and thoroughly. Please ensure your form includes your X and Telegram account handles. Both accounts must remain accessible to the public until your form has been approved. |
| Payment & Refunds. | Full payment is required upfront before any service commences. Please note that refunds are not issued unless an error was made on our part (The Royals). |
| Rescheduling Policy. | We understand that unforeseen urgencies can arise. Wanderers may request to reschedule their session, kindly help to notify us at least one day before (H-1) the original scheduled time. |
| Right to Decline. | The Chamberlains reserves the right to accept or decline a client's form if they determine that they cannot adequately fulfil the requests or expectations outlined in the provided form. |
| Right to End Session. | The Chamberlains reserves the absolute right to ensure the safety and well-being of the Royals. If any rule or boundary is violated (e.g Wanderer is gone for 4+ hours without any prior notification), they may, at their sole discretion, end the session immediately. |
| Magic Keyword. | To ensure the Wanderers have read all of our terms and regulations, please give the magic keyword of each Royal that can be found on their regulation to Chamberlains for the booking. |
| Letter of Appreciation. | We trust your private audience with our Royal was delightful, Wanderers. To refine future experiences, we require your letter of appreciation upon conclusion of your visit. Submission of this correspondence is a prerequisite for requesting subsequent sessions. |
